Sheffield Friends of the Earth invites you to the FREE* Green Sheffield Film Festival with after-film drinks and discussions with leading experts from the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University. All films will be shown at the University of Sheffield Medical School, Lecture Theatre 1, Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Glossop Road, Sheffield S10 2JF*The event is free but a donation of £1 is suggestedHoneybees have been mysteriously disappearing across the planet, literally vanishing from their hives. In the UK, around one fifth of honeybee hives were lost in the winter 2008/09. Bees pollinate a third of the food we eat, and this contributes £200 million a year to the UK economy.
