Across Europe workers will hold a general strike today in opposition to the "austerity" measures, and in solidarity with those suffering in Greece, Italy, Portugal and Spain. As part of this, Sheffield Trades Union Council has called this demonstration on the Town Hall steps.Sheffield Star article
