The history, current concerns and future of the campaign against religious supremacy. Dan J Bye has been involved in the secularist and humanist movement since 1988. He was a founder member of Sheffield Humanists in 1993, serving on their committee until 2007. He was a columnist for New Humanist magazine between 1998-2002, and has been a member of the Council of Management of the National Secular Society since 1998. He is also chair of the publishers of The Freethinker, the oldest surviving atheist magazine. He lives in Sheffield, where he works as a librarian. Skeptics in the Pub
