SHEAF VALLEY FESTIVAL

The day starts with a midday launch event for the Clay Wood Link cycle path, at the Cholera Monument, off Norfolk Road. The Lord Mayor and Paul Blomfield MP ribbon cutting speeches, followed by a 'wheeled cavalcade' of brass band and majorettes, bicycles, tricycles, scooters etc. down the new path to the amphitheatre, (behind and above the railway station) where the Sheaf Valley Festival is on all afternoon.
